This photo is a view of the Roman Aqueduct in Caesarea. Through the arch is the Mediterranean Sea and Caesarea Beach. Looking at this on Google Maps the Israel National Trail follows that beach for a while and the Street View shows the water and the aqueduct from other perspectives.
